The Edgeware Village Green has lost its treasurer, Karen Lewis, who passed away on September 14 after a long illness.
A support group for St Albans would help local residents coping with a second round of trauma and the feeling they have been forgotten by larger agencies, according to a City Mission outreach worker.
The Edgeware Village Garden has been awarded a prize in the Edible Gardens competition organised by the Shirley Papanui Community Board. The awards are being presented at a special ceremony on May 16.
