The Heart Foundation is offering free seminars on staying power, a wells, a wellness toolkit, dealing with stress and heart health. All are welcome to come along and hear advice and information from four health experts.
Thursday 1 March: 5.30 – 7.30 pm – Linwood School North Hall, 221 Woodham Rd, Linwood (parking also on Rowcliffe Rd)
Friday 2 March: 12 – 2 pm – Village Gall of Heathcote Valley, Cnr Station Rd and Martindales Rd, Heathcote
Saturday 3 March: 10.30 – 12.30 – Russley Golf Club, 428 Memorial Ave, Burnside

· Professor Norman Sharpe – Medical Director of the Heart Foundation.
· Professor Grant Schofield – Director, Centre for Human Potential, AUT University, to speak on Stress and Resilience.
· Lucy Hone (MAPP) – Wellbeing expert, Christchurch local and Mum, to speak on Applied Positive Psychology and Wellness Toolkit.
· Dr. James Blake – Local cardiologist, to speak on the impact of the earthquake on heart health.
