CanCERN – TC3 update

TC3 INFORMATION – A small group met with the CERA Communications Team this week to discuss TC3 information needs. The overriding sentiment was that residents expect CERA to pull together all of the information and make sense of it in a comprehensive manner. There is a lot of contradicting information coming from different agencies which residents would like CERA to make clearer. The group asked that CERA make robust statements regarding geo-tech assessments, remediation methodologies, insurance implications, appeal processes, timelines and Department of Building and Housing guidelines. We will continue to work with CERA to make sure this information is delivered quickly and in numerous formats. Thanks to the TC3 residents who participated in this forum. We know that many would probably like to have their say and so if you want to add  your bit then have your say in “What’s on your mind? ” and we will make sure that it is submitted to CERA.
