Landscape architect Di Lucas speaks about The Ever-Changing Lands of Ōtautahi Christchurch
Over the last seventeen years Di Lucas has provided interpretations of the changing character of lands under Christchurch. The experiences of the city since 2010 have generated considerable interest in these lands, and Di will explore the potential to respond to their varied character.
Di Lucas has a national profile as a landscape architect and is director of Lucas Associates, Christchurch. Her team work in community friendly planning and design processes for creative and sustainable solutions. This covers landscape assessment, ecology and restoration, natural character analysis, community consultation, heritage values and sustainable resource management.
