The Art of Living Organisation is offering additional destress courses in September.
The courses teach the use of gentle stretches, breathing techniques and deep relaxation to deal with tension, anxiety and emotional instability. As a result participants can also expect heightened mental clarity and awareness and increased energy levels.
The first course runs from Thursday 13 to Saturday 16 September
and the second from 27 to 29 September.
Both courses involve two evening sessions on Thursday and Friday from 6.30 – 8.30pm and daytime sessions on Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 2.30pm
