The Mental Health Education and Resource Centre (MHERC) and the University of Canterbury (UC) have developed workshops aimed at addressing some of the feelings of exhaustion, frustration and uncertainty created by the going challenges of the new environment we find ourselves in.
The workshop on September 21 will assist NGO managers to develop ways to strengthen your ability and that of others, to manage uncertainty and challenges stemming from the Canterbury earthquakes.
The workshops, which are funded by the Ministry of Social Development – Family and Community Services, take the form of interactive, skill based learning opportunities. Participants will have time to stop, reflect and develop skills to enable them to promote their own and others wellbeing.
