An old-fashioned singalong this Sunday aims to put the heart back into the St Albans Community.
The event has been organised by singer/songwriter June Burney in association with Christchurch City Creative Communities and the Residents Association and is being held at the St Albans Community Centre, 1047 Colombo Street from 11am.
Sing Your Heart Out Christchurch is a community project funded by Christchurch City Creative Communities NZ to bring community groups together in song and help rebuild the City through positive spirit. Similar events have already been held in Dallington, Sumner, Wainoni and a few other places.
Sing your heart out events are being organised in different suburbs.
Refreshments and a sausage sizzle run by the Residents Association will be available after the singalong.
