Central City Living zones review

Christchurch City Council is carrying out a review of the planning framework of the living zones in the Central City, including the special amenity area (SAMs) overlays, as part of the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan.

You can have a say online before December 7 or come along to the drop-in session at the HMNZ Pegasus Building, 419 Montreal Street on November 7 from 4pm to 7pm.

This review does NOT include Special Amenity Areas in St Albans. For the record, there are a number in St Albans and they come with extra building restrictions. These include Ranfurly Street, Massey Crescent, Francis Avenue, North St Albans, Severn/Mersey, Emmett Street, Hawkesbury Avenue, and Naseby Street
