Feedback sought on Govt transport plan for city

CERA wants feedback from Christchurch citizens on An Accessible City, the draft transport chapter of the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan by February 1.

An Accessible City shows how people will travel into and around the central city, and how the streets will look as the area is rebuilt. It includes information on:

  • the overall transport system for pedestrians, cycles, public transport and private vehicles
  • future road layouts
  • speed zones and streetscapes
  • parking
  • service vehicle access requirements

Copies of An Accessible City and submission forms are available on the CCDU website and print copies can be posted out.
