Get to know your neighbours – CCC is paying

If you are planning a spring fling in your neighbourhood after the brouhaha of the local elections has died down, the city council has a small subsidy available through the local community board for your street party. As long as it it is part of Neighbourhood Week that runs from October 25 to November 3 it has a good chance of success.
