Promed site tells St Albans story

The former Promed Edgeware Doctors site at the corner of Edgeware Road and Trafalgar Street has a few tales to tell.

Historic photos showing St Albans over the last century and more are displayed on large panels. They have been supplied by St Albans Residents Association, the St Albans History Group and Canterbury Heritage and paid for under the Transitional City Programme.

The displays will remain until a decision is made regarding rebuilding on the site.

The site has been used as an unofficial car park since the medical centre was demolished in 2011.
