This year, The Body Festival would like to offer individuals who have an intellectual disability an opportunity to be involved behind the scenes at The Body Festival.
You will need to be committed to the area you are indicating an interest, be available to attend any training and for day and /or evening performances. Parts of the festival you may like to become in involved with are as follows:
- Lighting and sound
- Backstage support
- Selling programmes at performances
- Meeting and greeting people as they arrive at the performance space
- Assisting Rick Harvie, Film Maker, to capture those “moments”

Note that it is expected that you provide you own support person if required and your own transport (in some instances there may be help for you if transport is difficult).
