Priority for repair work

EQC is currently identifying vulnerable customers by hand but is working towards an automated process for identifying those in need based on factors such as age and health. It is also dealing with people who have extenuating circumstances requiring prompt repairs on a case by case basis.

EQC anticipates repairing an extra 100 omes each month and is also prioritising other processes,
such as claims processing.

If you think you have extenuating circumstances that may need to be considered in addition to this contact EQC TC3 The Press, Aug 14th telephone 0800 326 243.

For more information please see the eqc newsletter published in the Press on Monday.
