St Albans may get action group

A group similar to Addington Action may set up in St Albans to help uninsured and underinsured homeowners repair their quake-damaged houses.

The hint was dropped by Addington Action’s Mike Peters during an interview with the Press on the work Addington Trust has been doing to assist anyone in this predicament in the South Christchurch area.

Work is often carried out by tradespeople volunteering their time.

News to us, but we will keep our eyes and ears peeled.
