A former EQC employee claims that EQC has missed out doing 6000 assessments and is scrambling to do these now. If you have been contacted recently your property could be one of them.
And if you have not been assessed remind EQC that they need to visit.
The former employee has set up a blog at eqctruths.wordpress.com to outline this and other truths about eqc.
The blogger suggests that the 6000 were missed because they were “added” as completed to pad out the totals assessed in December 2011.
