A new liquor store is planned for 90 Hills Rd but some St Albans and Richmond residents are objecting to yet another store being added when there are plenty of others within a kilometre or two.
The planned store is also within 1 kilometre of a number of pre-schools.
Anyone objecting to the plan can make a submission to the District Licensing Committee but it needs to be done within 15 working days of the first notification in the Star.
The building has yet to be built but the planned owners are applying for a licence first for the Hills Rd Bottlestore.
