Use EQC land cash settlement wisely
If you receive a cash settlement for land damage make sure you use it to remediate the land as EQC has the power to cancel cover if you don’t and it could affect future insurance with private providers.

Easier relevelling of houses on TC3 land
A new method involving large screws will make it easier to relevel houses on TC3 land after future large quake events. It will also halve the cost of doing so and can be completed in just a few hours.
