Engineers design sustainable 21st century homes

A group of Christchurch engineers and planners have come up with an innovative plan for 21st century housing in Christchurch that could house up to 15,000 people in a walkable urban centre within five years.

Red zone land damage assessments in 2014

It appears that any redzone residents waiting on land damage assessments from EQC will be waiting until after green zone assessments have been completed in late 2013. Settlements should then be completed by the end of 2014.
